I was just advised that Sister Grace Ann is in Delaware Court Healthcare Center, 4 New Market Drive, Delaware, Ohio 43015, Room 204.  Her kids felt she needed more assistance with everyday tasks.  She is still having issues with fluid retention in her legs.
